Artists’ Reception: Sunday, November 18, 2 – 4 pm
Please join us in the Wedeman Gallery on Sunday, November 18, 2 – 4 pm, for the Artists’ Reception of our new exhibition – James King Bonnar Show, featuring more than 70 artworks by the artists of the Newton Art Association.
The Newton Art Association is an organization of over 200 active artists and art enthusiasts representing all branches of the visual arts, from drawing to sculpture.
The James King Bonnar Show is named after the founder of the Newton Art Association and is a historically important exhibit for the association with family endowed prizes worth $600. This year’s exhibit, in collaboration with the Wedeman Gallery at Lasell College, will run from November 13 through December 8, 2018.
The juror for the Bonnar Show will be Vladimir Zimakov, Director, Wedeman Gallery, and Associate Professor of Art and Graphic Design, Lasell College.
