Stephen C. Fischer, Associate Professor of Art & Graphic Design at Lasell College, returns this fall from a semester-long sabbatical, presenting his most recent artworks from his time away from teaching.
In the lower level of the Wedeman Gallery he presents a collection of portraits entitled Arresting. In the upper gallery will be illustrations drawn from a folk tale found in the Grimms Fairy Tales collection entitled The Raven. Also in the upper gallery will be life-drawings and an assortment of whimsical drawings, some having no apparent purpose.
Thursday, October 6 there will be extended gallery hours, 1:00PM – 7:00PM.
Professor Fischer will be presenting an Artist’s Talk and Reception on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 7:00 pm. All are welcome!
